Calling: Vengeance
Hindrances: Amnesia
Personality: Although not a true vampire, Night Terror suffers some of the same powers and characteristics of the undead, including megolomania and a need for blood. He will go to any lengths to recover his memory, and will kill anyone who stands in his way.

History: Carl Blake was a top operative for the CIA. No job was to difficult, no task to bloody for the Night Terror to handle. However, he was sent on some unidentified mission to an exotic locale and completely disappeared. When he was recovered by the Agency, he had been transformed into a vampiric form. The CIA ran some tests with Blake, but he reawakened (with partial amnesia) and ran amok. His rampage was stopped by the Ghost Rider, but Blake soon recovered and continues to hunt CIA operatives who have knowledge of his past. By drinking their blood, he can regain their memories. Since his encounter with Wanderer, he is particularly keen on the blood of those with superhuman abilities.

Using Night Terror in Your Game: Any heroes with ties to the CIA (or any intelligence agency) could be targetted by the Night Terror in his never-ending quest for information. Alternately, heroes could be contracted by the government to bring N.T. into custody.
