History: Early in the days of the Marvel Universe, inventor Anthony Stark assembled a team of investors to create the Energizing Module, a revolutionary power source. Two of the investors, however, were up to no good. They routinely invested in projects, stole ideas and used them in the creation of a suit of powered armor that they were going to sell for an astronimcal price. One of the pair, Burstyn, was particurly greedy and killed his partner Fawlkes. He planned to blame the crimes they had committed on Fawlkes and take off with the money, but he was apprehended by Stark's bodyguard Iron Man and sent to prison.

Using Neutralizer in Your Game: Burstyn went to jail a loooooong time ago. He's probably out by now, and he knows how the Neutralizer armor was created. A greedy guy like that won't stay down for long. If you have a hero whose powered armor has been causing you grief, the Neutralizer might try to steal components of it for sale on the black market.
