History: Moses Magnum has always been a dealer of arms and a terrorist out for his own benefit. He failed in an early attempt at global blackmail only to fall to his certain death down a deep crevasse in the earth. However, the archvillain Apocalypse rescued him and gave him enormous power over the earth in exchange for serving as one of his Chaos-Bringers, a pawn who foments chaos in order to bring the strong to the fore. Magnum agreed, but then shamed his master with his repeated defeats at the hands of various heroes. As punishment, Apocalypse removed Magnum's control over his powers. Desperate for a cure, Magnum attempted stole an experimental Seismic Cannon, but was interruped by the Avengers, who stopped him before he could siphon his powers away with the cannon (which would incidentally have killed literally millions of people). Magnum lost control of his powers and fell into a deep fissure in the Earth that closed up behind him. He has not been seen since.

Using Magnum in Your Game: Moses was last seen when he disappered into a fissure in the Earth that closed behind him. Any subterranean adventurers could stumble across him. If one of your heroes is particularly technologically gifted or specializes in seismology or something like that, Magnum might kidnap them to aid him in his quest.
