History: Nemesis has faced off against both Henry Pym and Bill Foster in their guises as Giant Man. He gained his unique power over mass through an odd series of experiments designed to create incredible weapons of destruction that he could sell to the highest bidder, but was defeated by Foster and sent to prison, where he presumably remains today.

Using Dr. Nemesis in Your Game: Stockton could be used as a consultant on scientific matters from his prison cell, or he could be on the loose using his theories on mass and Pym Particles to cause mayhem. Any size-changing heroes would be a shoe-in to butt heads with him.
