History: Cutthroat is the older brother of the former criminal turned heroine, Diamondback.
Following the death of their brother in a gang-related incident, Cutthroat left the country and
eventually became a mercenary and assassin in Europe. Returning to America years later, he served
briefly with the Red Skull's Skeleton Crew before apparently perishing in combat with Crossbones,
who was somehow involved in the death of his brother years before. If he's appeared since then, I
don't know anything about it. Sorry.
Using Cutthroat in Your Game: Since he's been MIA (as far as I know) for so long, he could
pop up anywhere, doing virtually anything. He's a blank slate, so use him any way you see fit.
