Have some apple cider there.
Thursday night is SLO's farmers' market. Take the trolley downtown. Walk up to the end of Higuera Street for great ribs.

Cottage Inn - Pismo Beach
A cute place right off Hwy 101.
Past the pool you'll find a staircase down the cliff to a sea cave and a view south along the shore. (I wonder if Sally will ever tell me what she wished for at the wishing well there?)
Public access to Pismo Beach is down another set of stairs. Just go right thru the center of the motel south, next door.

Shore Cliff Inn is worth the walk north. You'll find
pelicans and sea gulls along the cliffs and take the stairs behind the restaurant down to Elmer Ross Beach
