Bacchus Marsh
Located 53 km west of Melbourne on Western Freeway, Bacchus Marsh is a large town surrounded by market gardens and rolling hills. It is bypassed by the Western Highway, but the entrance to town is the beautiful Avenue of Honour, which commemorates those who died in WW1, and looks very English. Although 14 km from the satellite city of Melton, Bacchus Marsh is also a home to city commuters.
