Meredith

Meredith is a town of around 400, located on Midland Highway, 100km west of Melbourne. The town developed in the 1850's on the gold route to Ballarat. Today it serves a large agricultural and dairying district. Each December the Meredith Music Festival runs on nearby hilly farmland, featuring popular artists.
