Koroit

Koroit is a small town of around 1,500, located 280km west of Melbourne between Port Fairy and Warrnambool. The town sits on the northern slopes of the extinct volcano that is Tower Hill State Game Reserve, so the surrounding farmland is very fertile. The town and surrounding area are reminiscent of Ireland, as the town has a deep Irish history.
