The painter, Ulrich Leive (Self Portrait) was born in Osnabrueck, Germany, in 1957. After studying law he chose to pursue an artistic career. His work has been extensively exhibited over many years.
He is the owner of several web sites, for instance some art sites presenting more than 1,000 of his paintings and an animal site for his little dog Joschi, *The Most Awarded Dog Site Of The World*.
