I advocate that Congress declare the regular voting days, every two years, to be a CONDITIONAL HOLIDAY. If a citizen goes to the polls and signs in to vote, this time off is counted as a holiday with his/her boss. But if not, the boss can deduct this day from his vacation time or sick days.Any suggestions on this?
