Letter To My Son
My Dearest Son,
You were my first born son, my friend, drummer, singer, an encourager to many. I love you so much my son, I gave you my name. A name I will never give to another. Though there were many things you could not do, the things you did do, you did them well. Though you stopped walking, you ran a good race. Though you couldn't stand straight, you always stood tall. Though your muscles were weak, you were strong in heart and spirit. For these things, you are my Hero. Son, I Love You More Than Words Can Say and You Will Never Be Forgotten.
Love ,
Dad

Another Letter To My Son
Jo Jo ,
Words cannot express how much I Miss you . I would like to say Happy 19th Birthday, wish you were here to spend your birthday with us, but you are in a better place. I Love You So Much , I wish I could hold you once again, but I will cherish the hugs we've shared. Dad wishes that he could have taken your place, he is so sorry he couldn't . It hurt me to let you go, but bay, I will never forget you , you will forever be in our hearts. I Love you more than words can express. I promise you , we will be a family once again .

" My
Dad is a Survivor"
My dad is a survivor too...
which is no surprise to me.
He's always been like a lighthouse
that helps you cross a stormy sea.
But, I walk with my dad each day
to lift him when he's down.
I wipe the tears he hides from others.
He cries when noone's around.
I watch him sit up late at night
with my picture in his hand.
He cries as he tries to grieve alone,
and wishes he could understand.
My dad is like a tower of strength.
He's the greatest of them all~!
But there are times when he needs to cry...
Please be there when he falls.
Hold his hand or pat his shoulder...
And tell him it's okay.
Be his strength when he's sad
Help him mourn in his own way.
Now, as I watch over my precious dad
from the Heavens up above...
I'm so proud that he's a survivor...
And, I can still feel his love~!
