Made in 1986 for TV staring Robert Urich, Lindsay Wagner, Keanu Reeves, Jessica Steen, Jack Gilford, Jason Nicoloff, Jeremy Ratchford, Peter Spence, Jonathan Welsh, Louise Vallance, Vincent Murray, John Friesen

Michael Riley is a successful 40 year old business man who is beginning to feel his age. He misses the athletic abilities of his youth, and having now worries and no pressure. (Yes, some of his memories are a little distorted). He is wishing he was seventeen again and an angel grants him is wish. He decides to go back to his small town high school and relive the fun of being seventeen. At first things work out pretty well, but then he meets his old high school girl friend and soon discovers that he is still in love with her. The problem now is, he is seventeen and she is thirty-nine, a widow with two teenage children. She sees Michael as a nice, mature boy. His attempts to rekindle something with her soon gets him in trouble with her, and makes him an outcast at school.
This was a fun movie with a thoughtful lesson for both the young who get to caught up in working and planning for the future, and for the older generation who are remembering the more care free days of youth. I think this might also be Keanu Reeves' first big staring role.
