A group of teens who have gotten into
trouble with the law are sent on a two week trek through the Mountains
to do community service by assisting in the gathering of information which
will be used to help the wolves. They start with a bad attitude (after
all, this is punishment), but after a while begin to enjoy it, at least
a little. They cross paths with two brothers who are about the same age
and are camping in the same area. After the older brother is injured while
showing off for the girls in the "community service" group, the community
service leader decides it is best for him to leave his group and the younger
brother behind and try to get the injured boy to help as soon as possible.
His plan is to take the boy to a nearby Ranger Station, drop him off, and
be back to the others the next day. But when the Ranger Station is closed,
and a second accident injures the community service leader, it is left
up the the "city kids" to find a why out and bring back help.
This is not the best of the "White Wolves"
movies, but is interesting although somewhat predictable. One strong point
for the movie is the great scenery shots.
