It helps to do this move into a downslope as it allows you to continue the extra bit of rotation to make 270 degrees.
Approach at slowish speed, an endo helps here to build momentum so apply the front brake to bring the rear wheel in line with the front. As you drop down, compress with your legs and with your elbows before pulling up and imediatlely around on the bars. Keep your weight cental and over the back wheel. As your turning still, ensure the bike is pulled close to you. This allows you to gain the last 90 degrees as you come down. Let the bike come down naturally as you turn, shift forward to control the bike and ride away.
