What can be said about Neal Adams?
I've never met him, but when I was  a young kid still in school, living with Mom and Dad Neal did come to Houston. There was a convention at the White Hall hotel, new artist George Perez was there as well. I wanted to go so bad and had the money but was to young to have a car and Mom being over protective, thought I'd have more fun seeing Nasa. We had never been, but I missed seeing Neal Adams and nothing could save that day. Nasa sucked and while it might be great I've never revisted. As for meeting Neal, maybe someday.
but growing up he was still my favorite artist and if not for his innovative style,
comics would probably still yet all look the same today.
His work is still imitated and admired even today.
(the above is by Ben Dunn)
And believe it or not he is doing finished pin up art for auctions on ebay from time to time.
Tarzan above and both Batman and Green Lantern on the main page where all auctioned on ebay within the last year and yeah  I  really wanted Batman and Green Lantern. But I'll also admit I think his best work is the Tarzan paintings he did for the Tarzan paperback books decades ago.
If you keep an eye on ebay you'll see even more of his art pop up from time to time.
