1. Identify - When you face an opponent you must first identify the problem or threat spiritually, mentally, and physically.
2. Accept- You must accept the oppenent's motion as it enters your universe or centre.
3. Neutralize- You must render your opponent harmless by neutralizing his centre by way of the octagon. 4. Cancel - You must cancel your opponent's body mass removing the violence and creating an environment of safety for you and your opponent. Conflict is only conflict if acknowledged. In true self defence there is no body contact.
