1st Preliminary

The above is the tournament format ! The preliminaries are used to allocate the next round's starting position. The starting positions in the preliminaries are selected at ramdom.

I know it is nothing much but due to the non-existant budget of the SiVOC, this is the best we can dig out of out pockets.

A total of around 20 people turned up and the 16 places are filled by the following pilots.

5	Lin Ming Hong	Specineff	Though new to Specineff, his quick strike style is very good.
6	Ching Ken Hao	Apharmd Striker	Surprisely, Apharmd S done very well in the tournament.
7	Chen Wei	Raiden	Raiden prove that his lasers and cages are powerful.
8	Cheng You Neng	Temjin	Used only 1 gliding ram in the tournament, a skillful Temjin.
9	Chow Jian Xian	Fei-yen Knight	Uses slow approach and quick strikes throughout the games.
10	Tan Guang Rong	Temjin	Another skillful Temjin, pick his attacks wq\ith style and speed.
11	Wei Yan	Specineff	Lack in experience in handling Specineff's weapon systems.
12	Huang Chengde	Temjin	Likes to use gliding rams. Fairly basic playing style.
13	Tan Choon Eng	Apharmd Battler	His CC attacks and overall use of Aphamd B is excellent.
14	Christopher Tan	Bal series	Should have use Fei-yen instead.
15	Alex Choo	Apharmd Battler	Lack in far range combat experience.
16	Jiang Huomu	Fei-yen Knight	Very patience in playing.
