can you hear the music? if you can't then that's your problem but if you can it's oz's band playing my favorite song on buffy, PAIN.
If you can't hear the music it really is your fault. The song is a .ra file while all the other sounds at this site are .wav. So if you want to hear the music make sure your computer can read .ra files.
