Gel-Pen Journals are journals on black backgrounds that use lots of pastels (and often), use plenty of doodles and such, and most importantly, use words. Jekkal's Gel-Pen Journal ™ Jekkal, 2001. Gel-Pens © Some company or another. Creatures© CreatureLabs

5:07 PM — Since today's plans with Dad changed (he got to go to the baseball game) I went out with Mom and Sis to go do some shopping. Sis also introduced to me to Sushi at the mall. A word of note: DON'T TOUCH THE WASABI!
8:09 PM — Usual Shabbat dinner, unusual bread. Instead of the normal challah (because Harris Teeter, where we usually get it, is closing), we ended up using a normal loaf of bread. And then we made grilled cheese sandwiches with it. Go figure.
10:17 PM — Whotta night! Smackdown was well done, and even Tazz got into it.They're going on this new tangent to have a WCW/WWF Pay Per view called Invasion this month (although I already new about it before tonight)
5:12 PM — Jamie called today. We talked about school and such, anmd she also suggested I call Caly, a firend of mine from middle school that I lost contact with. I called her up, and got an answering machine. Ain't that a — ! 12: 13 PM — The A/C guys came back today and finished fixing the conditioner. Something about lack of Freon or some such.
8:04 PM — I had a rude awakening today. Mom was having two guys look at our air conditioning, so I woke up to the sounds of two 150+ pound men thumping over my ceiling. Believe me, that is NOT therapeutic.
5:07 PM — Did I fail to mention that as good as the pay-per-views are, the RAWs afterwards are better? Namely because with the RAWs, you can actually see the screen (there's a little known fact that with some pay channels, you can still get decent sound, and that happens to be the case with the channel they have wrestling pay-per-views on.) I apologize if I sound like a wrestling buff, but it's only because I am. ^_^ Surprisingly, the WWF is well-written, nicely displayed, excellent camerawork... and the fights are exceptional, too. Schoolfights without the threat of detention, really.
11:15 PM— When the WWF does pay-per-views, they know how to make a good show. It may not always mean that the good guy wins, but it's still a good show. Anyway, this month's special is WWF King of the Ring, which centers around a yearly tournamant to determine the best up-and-coming wrestler in the business. Last year, it was Kurt Angle — this year, it's Edge. And Austin kept his title. It would be a good thing, except he's no longer a fan favorite anymore. |
