I got the duro head from steve rivas but im sure you could sculpt your own. I painted the duro head a blueish-green and then drybrushed blue over it. Paint the gloves dark brown to match the boots. Then paint the coat blue. You can leave the undershirt and his pants the same like I did or you can paint it any color you want.
