Mexican Velveeta Nachos


1/2 pound Mexican Velveeta, cubed
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons milk
1 (16oz) bag Nacho Cheese or Toasted Corn Doritos Tortilla Chips
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup pitted ripe olive slices

Combine cubed velveeta, onion and milk in saucepan; stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Cover serving platter with chips; top with lettuce, tomato, olives, and melted cheese mixture.

Makes 4-6 servings.
