Apricot & Nut Granola
4 Cups regular rolled oats In medium mixing bowl, combine oats, peanuts, and sunflower nuts. In small saucepan combine brown sugar, butter or margarine, honey, and cinnamon; bring to boiling. Stir hot syrup into oat mixture. Spread out in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake in 300 degree oven 35 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in apricots. Bake about 20 minutes more or till golden brow, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack, stirring occasionally to prevent lumping. Store cooled granola in sealed container. Makes about 8 cups.
