About my Country : Brunei Darussalam
Brunei Darussalam is a small country situated [inbetween the states of Sarawak and Sabah of East Malaysia] in Borneo island of South East Asia. Darussalam means the 'abode of peace.' Population of Brunei is about 340,000. Official religion is Islam. [ The sale of alcohol is 100% prohibited - PLEASE, do NOT make any comments on this policy ] Many interesting places to visit in Brunei especially the theme park called Jerudong Park. Also Brunei has its own recreational Tropical rainforest called the Rainforest Field Studies Centre of Kuala Belalong does research into the lowland tropical rainforests of Brunei Darussalam and can provide facilities to conduct fieldwork at both university and secondary level. It is used for tropical rainforest research.
