The Fiery One
HIEI is a fire youkai born to a clan of ice youkai on the Floating City of the Koorime. He is the firstborn child of a fire youkai and a koorime named Hina. He has a younger twin sister named Yukina, who was born an ice youkai. After being branded a Forbidden Child, he basically grew up on his own, and learned to become a thief and an assassin. Despite his aloof, hot-tempered and seemingly cold-hearted temperament, Hiei is actually passionate at heart, and also a very mature and selfless person.
Hiei stands at about five feet tall, rather short, but kawaii
nonetheless. He has spiky black hair with a white starstreak, and tinged with blue at the edges. His eyes (two of them, the ones he was born with) are a deep ruby red. He also possesses a Jagan, a demonic eye, in the middle of his forehead, often concealed with a white headband. Around his right arm is a black dragon tattoo, the mark of his Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryuuha. His weapon is the katana, and his outstanding ability is his lightning speed. Hiei is also usually clothed in black, except for the white scarf around his neck.
