                    Summary

After years as a radio broadcasting owner/manager/programmer of his own radio stations, Mr.
Strock has decided to begin consulting.  His interests lie mainly in programming live formats to
compete favorably with today’s jungle of canned, dead and lackluster formats.  The need is
there in order to overcome the huge vacuum left in radio due to deregulation and over
saturation.  Mr. Strock’s unique perspective and experience allow him the flexibility to hone in
on the competition with a striking sound.  His goals are always aimed at gaining large, loyal and
active audiences.  Currently, Mr. Strock has an application before the FCC for a Class A FM in
Williamstown, West Virginia.  This is part of the Parkersburg, WV/Marietta, OH Market.

General Manager and Program Director, WYLI Radio & CEO RASA Phoenix Corporation -
General Manager of the area’s only stereo AM radio station with up to eleven employees.
WYLI is a 5,400 watt daytime station with 500 watts pre-dawn and 61 watts from sundown to 6
AM.  WYLI was the only station owned by the RASA Phoenix Corporation, a mostly family
held company.  After almost three years of operation, WYLI has been sold to WRCM, Ltd. with
a new all Sports format.  The station was sold for over three times its original purchase price.

Some of the specific duties of the General Manager and Program Director included:

Consultant to Vienna Broadcasting Company - Vienna Broadcasting, a family held corporation,
filed an Application for a Construction Permit for channel 261A assigned to Vienna, WV.  This
application was withdrawn with prejudice in the late 1980s upon receipt of a settlement of
                    $60,000 from a competing applicant.

Owner/Operator, Wilson Hobby Shop, Inc. - Wilson Hobby owned and operated hobby stores
in Belpre, Ohio and Bridgeport, West Virginia.  These stores catered to the model airplane,
model train, diorama and other hobbyists.  As Manager, Mr. Strock was responsible for
inventory, personnel, advertising and all other aspects of running a retail business.

Part Owner, Townhouse Furniture - Located in Ravenswood, WV, Townhouse was a retail
furniture store featuring upper medium grade furniture of every sort.  During Mr. Strock’s brief

Parkersburg, WV.  The process began with a Petition for Rulemaking to have FM channel 236B
assigned to Parkersburg.  Precedent was set when the MSA (formerly SMSA) population, as
opposed to the population of the city of license, was used as the criteria for the assignment of a
B (50kw) channel.  Upon successfully completing that process with opposition, an application
for a Construction Permit was obtained against a competing applicant and the station was built
                    and operated.

General Manager, WXIL Radio and CEO Electrocom, Inc. - Mr. Strock was General Manager of
Radio Station WXIL-FM, Parkersburg, WV until it was sold to its current owners in late 1980.

region as a community leader in terms of News, Public Affairs and Entertainment.  As General
Manager he had oversight over three Department Heads and twenty-two employees.  At the
closing of the sale of WXIL for what was up until then the highest amount ever paid ($850,000)
for the purchase of a single radio station in the Market.  Mr.Strock received an additional
$150,000 in exchange for signing a five year Non-Competition Agreement.

Some of the achievements of Electrocom and WXIL while Manager were:
