ADOPTIONS


I have been having alot of problems
with people not understanding
what they can and can't do
with my adoptions, sooo, here it
all is in plain english.

All of the adoptions are now marked, you can only
adopt something by E-mailing me with the
 number/name of the item
you wish to adopt and the url where you
will be placing the adoption and I will
send it to you. I will not send it to you if you
do not supply the url where you will be
keeping it.

You MUST link back to

Just because the items are online, does NOT make them
public domain. I retain the copyrights for all of the
items available for adoption unless otherwise stated.
 I will take legal action if needed.

You may NOT do the following: (including but not limited to)
Change the adoptables in any way whatsoever
Re-distribute the adoptables (including, but not limited to
 neopets, e-groups, tubes, stationary ect).
Sell the adoptables
Claim the adoptables as your own


You MAY do the following:
Adopt as much as you like and place it on the url that you supply to me.
Adopt for a friend, as long as you supply their url and they display my banner.
Ask me to add names, dates ect to personalise your adoptables

I know this is all incredibly harsh, but as you are all aware
some people out there will do just about anything
with no regard for others. I have to protect
my work. I am sorry if anyone feels
offended by the above.
