At last some decent curves! This car looks to be a four door pillared hardtop (B-pillar is hidden
behind the door glass), not a conventional sedan (this body style dates back to the 1975 model, in
reply to the pillarless Datsun
Cedrics and Nissan Glorias.

Script on the left of the bootlid reads Royal Saloon.
Can't see if those are chromed Toyota corporate logos both front and rear, or crown badges? The former were very much in vogue from the early 1990's onwards on most marques!

A brochure shot I think. A bit of a retrograde step in my opinion but upright "Crown"
heritage comes through stronger perhaps? This model has a Majesta suffix to its name, another
allusion to royalty but was it for all models or just the top of the range?
