Commodore 2 door coupe rear quarter
A fastback roofline added to the basic sedan lower body shape was a common
method to produce a coupe elsewhere than Europe where unique bodies were
considered the right way to go. Opel & Ford being US owned companies
followed the US method in Europe, but as this car shows the results can be quite
pleasing regardless.
This car must have influenced Holden's first
generation Monaro though no panels were shared.
