As per the previous generation the all new for '67 Barracudas were based on the Plymouth Valiant A-body. However, the series now included two hardtop coupes, fastback as shown here and notchback ('68 model shown below) plus a convertible (not shown - hey, it's not a hardtop!).

I believe I saw these cars in the US in 1979 but never got close enough to one to see what it was. The roof styling seems like a cross between first and second generation Holden Monaros!

It was a little surprising that the fastback was also a hardtop as many weren't; neither the first gen Barracuda nor any fastback Mustangs and the later Australian Valiant Chargers had drop down side glass.
