You can see that the headlights are those fitted to US bound models - regular 260s got big singular rectangular ones, not allowed at the time inthe States.
This gives this model a bit of cache, in my opinion!

This was an interesting variation on the contemporary Volvo, the only two door hardtop ever sold by them? I say sold because these were actually built by Bertone in Italy for them.
