This was a facelifted version of the 240C, with the six cylinder engine enlarged to 2.6 litres, hence the name Datsun 260C. This was known as Cedric and/or Gloria on some other markets, and also smaller engines including diesels were available outside Australia.
Note there is a slight variation in the central part of the grille, where there are almost tiny lights imitated, compared to the sedans.

Though the bumper appears to have been common to the sedan most other panels are different. Does this mean this was a Gloria versus Cedric variation? Or as I suspect now, was it a feature of all 230 hardtops as the four-door version (see links below) also seems to have this treatment.

This particular vehicle has seen better days but it still can be see that the styling was clean, although quite reminiscent of late 1960's US GM B-body coupes.
