F1 Prognosticator Pandemonium

The goal of F1PP is to correctly pick the top drivers and teams for the 1997 season, but unlike the F1 Pick6 competition, you make one set of picks for the entire season to predict the top teams and drivers for the year. Top 10 of the Drivers' Championship (including the number of wins for each driver), and the top 6 of the Constructors' Championship.

Alternative Formula One Championship

Okay, it's time to have a brain storming session and come up with your 97 team. the rules are simple. You have Ł13m to spend on three drivers. (And a team can only be picked once, so first come first served). Thats it. It sounds easy enough, but you think carefully about your team. I estimate over 100 teams this year, and any one of those could beat you to the top. So get brain storming. The Closing date is the 2nd March.

•A driver score 26 points for 1st, 25 for second to 1 for 26th place.

•Should a driver be disqualified, he loses a point!

•The teams consist of three drivers, which were picked at the start of the year.

Fantasy Formula One

Your team must consist of two drivers, an engine, chassis, and set of tyres, all of which score points for you each Grand Prix. It's not as easy as it seems, however -- each element of your team carries a handicap which increases the better they get. Is it wise to choose that Villeneuve/Schumacher line up when they have a massive handicap or should you go for much smaller handicap, even if you don't score as many points throughout the year. You're the manager -- and it's nearly time to decide.
