In the final segment of the series finale, Bill read some interesting statistics regarding the two-against-one handicap. There were only eight more family pair champions than solo player champions (45 to 37), but total winnings favored the solo players ($806,000 to $767,000). Furthermore, Gold Runs played by solo players and family pairs were dead even (175 each). The overall result: the configuration of the board certainly levelled the playing field.
