Final Fantasy Anime,
The Legend of the Crystals

"It
was the space year 1000. With the beauty of nature, the ocean and mystery of the
twins moon. The energy balance of planet R was kept by the crystals which
belonged to its four kindoms. Each of the crystals controlled the fundamental
elements of the cosmos: Earth, Water, Fire and Wind. Once upond a time, there
had been heroes on this planet who saved those crystals from the threats of the
agressive invader, 'Darkness'. All have, however, become history and for a long
time, it only remained in peoples mind as a vague memory from ancient times...
until now... "
This is the introduction of the anime, i placed it below for you to have an idea about what does this anime talks about. This is for sure the best adaptation of a game to anime ever!!
Like
all anime, this one has its problems and qualities. The bad is that it is too
short, there's only four chapters, but it is still a good anime. The qualities
are many, graphics, sound, story.... and it has lots of ironic parts, very
present in all animes. There are a lot of non-spoilered information above about each of the four
chapters of this amazing OAV (Original Anime Video).

The
first chapter is the "Wind Chapter", wich all starts.
A great storm and a strong wind are agitating the weather, Linaly and her
grandfather plan to go to the Wind Temple to pick the wind crystal. The wind
crystal is the olny remaining crystal of the four; the others were stolen by
"Darkness". If he stole the wind crystal, he could conquer the
universe, besides planet R be in total chaos.
But on the way to the Wind temple, Linaly's grandfather is hurt by a giant spider, and he had to give up the quest. His only hope to protect Linaly is Pritz, the village's warrior and friend of her. The two heroes together go to find the wind temple, in order to get the wind crystal.
The
second chapter is "The Fire Chapter", where Linaly and
Pritz are captured by the Imperial airforce, that thought they were stoling the
wind crystal. But few minutes after that, the rougues appeared again and
surrended the airforce. They were broght to the Rougue Island, where a few
moments after, the Darkness' forces attacked and destroyed the island. They
runned away. While that, one of the Wind crystals' guardian, Mido, appeared to
help them, and explained lots of mysteries to them.
The Third chapter is the "Dragon Chapter",
the heroes went to Tycoon, and there they discovered that was a dragon, Hiryu,
that could make them arrive at the space. The "Darkness' " forces attacks the
city, Tycoon. While that, the heroes found Hiryu that flyed over the space an
dreached the Spaceship of Des Gyunos, "Darkness".
The
last chapter is the "Star Chapter", and where it all ends. The
crystals obviously returned to its original places and Des Gyunos is beaten by the
heroes. Mido helped them as he could, and the peace returned to planet R.
The end is very nice. Try watching the anime.
