In the palace sanctuary, the shadow creatures got the
Millennium Items and the Pharaoh ready to perform the ritual until a shadow
guard came in.
Guard: Master. Some intruders have enter the palace and
they're on there way here.
Master: No. They must not. Stop them.
The gang was charging down when the shadow guards came to
stop them.
Bastion: Allow me. Shrink card.
The Shrink card shrinks the guards.
Jaden: Nice one Bastion.
Dark Magician: Master Yugi is up ahead in that room. Hurry.
The group broke down the door and entered the room where
Yugi was tied down on a bed unconscious.
Joey: Yugi, you okay. Wake up buddy.
Tea: Please say he's not in the Shadow Realm.
Syrus: He's still breathing. I don't know what we can do.
Jaden: I know. Sy, Chumley, you stay with Tea and Tristan
and untie Yugi. The rest of us are going to take down the cause of this.
Chumley: Be careful Jaden. I don't know what you're up
against.
Jaden: Hey, I survived Yugi's deck, Shadow Games, the
Paradox Brothers, and from getting expelled a dozen of times. So I say this
is another challenge for me to become the future King of Games.
Joey: I like your attitude Jaden. Plus, you'll have Joey
Wheeler by your side to back you up.
Alexis: Same here.
Bastion: Count me in as well.
Jaden, Joey, Bastion, Alexis, and the Duel Monsters hurried
to the sanctuary room where they saw the Pharaoh, the Shadow Master, and his
men.
Joey: Sorry, did we interrupt something in here.
Pharaoh: Joey.
Joey: Hey Pharaoh. How have you been? So tell us the deal
here!
Alexis: Does he talk like that when the Pharaoh was in Yugi?
Pharaoh: I'm being blackmailed here by this monster to
release Duel Monsters into the earth like the time of Dartz and the Oricalcos.
Joey: Say what!
Master: If he doesn't, then his former vessel takes a long
visit to the Shadow Realm.
Pharaoh: That crystal holds Yugi's life energy. If it's
destroyed, then...you know.
Dark Magician Girl: We have to get it away from him.
Dark Magician: But how without destroying it.
Jaden: Simple, we duel for it.
Alexis: Hello, they're bad guys. And if we win, they still
won't give it up.
Bastion: Hey wait. We're in the Duel Monsters Realm. Our
cards come to life when called upon. So maybe...
Joey: I get it. Pharaoh, do you have Yugi's deck?
Pharaoh: Of course. Spell-Binding Circle.
The Spell-Binding Circle binds the Master while Pharaoh
grabs the crystal orb and runs for it.
Guard: Cold Wave.
A Cold Wave was coming to the Pharaoh.
Alexis: De-Spell.
The De-Spell stops the Cold Wave from coming.
Pharaoh: Thank you. Who are you?
Joey: The future top duelists in Duel Monsters. Pharaoh,
meet Jaden, Alexis, and Bastion from KaibaCorps Duel Academy.
Pharaoh: A pleasure.
Just then, the doorway made a big boom. When the smoke
cleared, Syrus, Chumley, Tea, Tristan, and an unconscious Yugi on Tristan's
back appeared.
Tristan: Need a hand.
Pharaoh: Tristan, Tea.
Syrus: Sorry about the door. We got jumped and decided to
fight back.
Master: Well since you're all together, you can go to the
Shadow Realm together.
Pharaoh: We'll see about that.
Jaden: We're right behind you!
Bastion: This is extrodinary. Dueling in another dimension
with the first King of Games.
Alexis: Don't worry. You're secret is safe with us.
Syrus: Even though I'm not a great duelist like my big
brother is, but I wouldn't let my friends down no matter what.
Chumley: Same here. Jaden, Sy, you're the best friends a
big guy like me could ever had.
Bastion: All of you are my friends too. Jaden and Syrus
taught me to enjoy every little pleasures in life. It doesn't matter what
rank and class you are in, it's how you share it with your real friends.
Alexis: Same here. At first, I thought Jaden would get
expelled in a heartbeat. But when my life was in danger, Jaden risked his and
getting expelled just to save me. Now I know why Yugi had chosen you Jaden.
You have a heart of a true King of Games.
Jaden: Thanks you guys. You are true friends.
All: Let's duel!
Jaden: Elemental Hero Sparkman, Avian, Brusinatrix. Winged
Khuriboh.
Bastion: Fire Dragon. Water Dragon.
Syrus: Drillroid.
Alexis: Evtal Cyber. Evtal Skater.
Chumley: Death Koala.
Joey: Flame Swordsman. Red-Eyes Black Dragon.
Master: Rise Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.
Tristan: Oh man. Not good.
Joey: How did this creep get Kaiba's dragons?
Pharaoh: Remember Joey, we're in the Duel Monsters world.
Anything could happen.
Master: I also summon 5-headed Ultimate Dragon.
Pharaoh: Aren't you forgetting something. I have the
Egyptian God Cards. Obelisk the Tormentor, Slifer the Sky Dragon, and the
Wing Dragon of Ra come forth and help us win.
The three Egyptian Gods came to life.
Jaden: Now that's sweet.
Alexis: I've never seen these three cards in action up close
before.
Bastion: Fascinating. I must analyze this when we get back
home.
Pharaoh: Ready Duel Monsters...
All: ATTACK.
All of the Duel Monsters together attack the evil Dragons
and the Shadow Creatures and won. Shortly after, the master and his creatures
disappeared into the Shadow Realm.
Syrus: They're gone.
Pharaoh: They've been sent to the Shadow Realm. Yugi...
Dark Magician: Pharaoh, Dark Magician Girl and I will gather
the Millennium Items.
Pharaoh: Yes. Please do my friend.
Pharaoh takes Yugi and places the crystal orb over Yugi and
tries to revive him. As the orb glows, so did Yugi. After the glow
disappeared, Yugi started to come around.
Pharaoh: Yugi, can you hear me?
Yugi opens his eyes to see his old friend and partner right
next to him.
Yugi: Pharaoh, is it really you?
Pharaoh: Yes it is. You know, you can call me by my real
name.
Yugi: Right Atem.
All: Atem.
Pharaoh: Yes. Pharaoh Atem my new friends.
Jaden: Yugi, you okay?
Yugi: Jaden. I knew I can count on you and my friends. And
I bet these are your friends you made.
Jaden: Yup. We rock at Duel Monsters.
Pharaoh: So Joey said Kaiba made a Duel Academy.
Yugi: Yup. You see, sometime after the Grand Championships
a lot of people got into dueling and sent Kaiba fan mail. Then he got this
idea to build an Academy for High School level duelists to take on the world.
Every year, Kaiba hosted entrance exams at the KaibaDome. This year, it was
Jaden's turn to enter and I met him on the way to his exam.
Jaden: Even though I'm in the low-ranking class, I duel with
my heart and soul. Yugi gave me Winged Khuriboh and he's been helping me and
my friends whenever we are in trouble.
Alexis: And I'm in the high-ranking class. I like to hang
out with these guys because they taught me to have a sense of adventure.
Pharaoh: I see this Duel Academy is a success in its own
way. Learning the game, making friends, and having adventures. Just like in
our days guys.
