The next day after class, the kids met up with Professor Banner at the
seaport.
Banner: So Jaden. I guess you have chosen them as your companions for this
epic journey.
Jaden: You bet. So what's the plan? The King of Games is in trouble. We
don't have a moment to spare.
Banner: Very well. This ferry will take you to Domino City. Once there,
the creator of Duel Monsters Maximillon Pegasus will escort you all the way to
Egypt. On the way, he'll give you more details.
Alexis: Wow. We'll be meeting the creator of Duel Monsters in person.
Banner: Yes. Oh and one more thing. Since you will be missing class, I
decided to give you homework for this mission. Since you are going to the
birthplace of Duel Monsters, write a five page essay of some of its origins
and some of the people that played it.
Jaden: Come on Professor. Yugi said it's the fate of the world here and
you're giving us homework.
Banner: There's always time for studies.
They boarded the ferry and headed for Domino City. As they arrived,
Maximillion Pegasus and his staff with a limo was waiting for them.
Pegasus: Jaden Yuki and friends.
Jaden: Yeah. Wow. Maximillion Pegasus.
Alexis: What an honor to meet you!
Pegasus: Thank you my dear. Now come, time is of the essence.
Minutes later, they arrived at the airport where three other people were
waiting.
Pegasus: Ah good. Our other companions have arrived.
Syrus: Wow. Joey Wheeler. Yugi Moto's right-hand man.
Joey: That's right.
Bastion: Tristan Taylor. The Motorcross champion.
Tristan: No autographs. Well maybe one.
Tea: Gees Tristan. Try to stay focus here.
Alexis: Tea Gardner. The new dance star on Broadway.
Tea: It's a pleasure to meet the new faces at Duel Monsters.
Pegasus: Time to board please.
Later in the air, Pegasus gave more information.
Pegasus: When we arrive, the Ishtars will guide us to where your first clue
leads. After that, you're on your own to save Yugi boy and the world.
Jaden: Hey Alexis. Did you get any information about the clues?
Alexis: I don't know Jaden. It's like a riddle. The first clue says, "The
three loyal servants shall be revived when called upon by the chosen one on
the spot." And this is a picture of the first clue.
Tea: Hey that's the memory tablet where we went on the journey to the
Pharaoh's past.
Jaden: Okay so we go there first and then the three loyal servants will be
revived by the chosen one. Whatever that means?
Syrus: Jaden. Yugi had chosen you. So you must be the chosen one. And I
bet the three loyal servants are...
Jaden: The three cards Yugi gave me.
Joey: Of course. Besides the Egyptian God cards, these three cards were
always there to help Yugi and the Pharaoh throughout the dangerous duels.
Pegasus: Bravo. I see that Academy has done wonders for you future
duelists.
Bastion: Can you tell us about this Pharaoh Yugi mentioned in his
videomessage?
Tea: Sure. The Pharaoh was a kind, skilled, hearted person...well ghost to
be more exact. He was brought back to life when Yugi solved the Millennium
Puzzle. It was like the evil he fought in the past came back to the future
and he needed Yugi and our help to defeat it.
Chumley: Wow neat.
Joey: Well we defeated that evil in the past which helped saved the
future. But when this new evil came and kidnapped our buddy, we knew we had
to fight again.
Tea: But we're not alone. It's time for a new generation to step up and
take over where we left off.
Jaden: Sweet.
Alexis: Well while we wait, we can start working on our essays.
Tea: I hope we're not too late you guys.
Joey: Same here Tea. Hang in there Yugi. We're coming.
Meanwhile in another dimension, Yugi was tied down to an Egyptian bed with
Shadow creatures surrounding him. Each of them was holding one of the
Millennium Items.
Yugi: Let me go this instant. This is not right.
Just then the Shadow creatures' Master came in.
Master: And now it's time to resurrect the Pharaoh who will help us in our
plans to take over the earth.
Yugi: The Pharaoh will never help you.
Master: He will if he wants you to survive...
The Master takes out a crystal orb pendant and places it over Yugi.
Yugi: What are you doing?
Yugi screams. As they were landing, Joey, Tristan, and Tea heard Yugi's
screams through their everlasting bond.
Tristan: We got to hurry. I know Yugi's in trouble.
Tea: I could feel it too Tristan.
Joey: Same here.
Chumley: Are they psychic?
Joey: No, well maybe. You see, the four of us made a pack of friendship
that cannot be broken no matter what comes our way.
Tristan: Every time Yugi and the Pharaoh went through a Shadow Game and we
were blocked from it, we could always feel Yugi's pain because our pack we
made was very powerful.
Tea: Maybe someday, it will happen to you.
Pegasus: Good. We're here.
