"Come on Yugi." I called to him as I preformed a three sixty on the ice. I couldn't help but laugh at him. You would think that a guy that faced down Maximillian Pegasus and Seito Kaiba would be afraid to ice skate.
"I'm coming." he called. He stood up slowly, then made his way to the ice, he stopped and glanced down then he looked at all the people skating. Well, here goes. He thought. He took a deep breath, then glided out onto the ice. Thump! he fell flat on his back. I skated over to him laughing and clapping my hands.
"Nice form." I said as I help him up, he leaned against me.
"I'm a pro at Duel Monsters, but ice skating is a different story."
"Ice skating is fun, here I'll teach you." soon yugi and I were laughing and falling over each other and skating. Yugi was panting as we skated back to the edge of the rink.  I grinned.
"Okay now its Yami's turn." Yami had a look of surprise on his face.
"Oh no that's all right you two go on ahead."
"Aw, come on yami, it'll be fun besides yugi is not the only guy here that deserves a break from Duel Monsters." With a sigh of relief yugi switched places with yami, I was sure that he couldn't wait to see how yami would fare out on the ice. Yami let out a yelp as I grabbed his hand and pulled to the ice, yami was a bit better than yugi, even though he kept falling over, but soon we were both skating and  laughing, yugi was yelling at yami "No fair! Your a better skater than I am!"
"Do you want to switch?" I asked. A couple of people glanced my way. I ignored them, I was used to people staring at me. "Ah, no thanks. I'll just sit and watch you two." yugi said. Yami and I continued to skate, an hour later we got off the ice and went for some hot chocolate. After skating around the ice with yugi and yami for another hour we headed on out to a restaurant. After that we went to a karaoke bar and I sang. I tried to get yugi and yami to sing a couple of songs but yugi refused. Yami having never seen a karaoke machine before jumped at the chance and sang along with me. He had a nice voice!
Night fell and yami retired to the puzzle exhausted. Yugi walked me home while holding my hand.
"This has been a great day." he said
"Tiring too." I laughed. "I'm glad that you had so much fun Yugi, maybe you can take ME out sometime."
"We'll see." he said. I smiled at him, we were in front of my house. I moved closer to him and kissed him.
"I'll see you later okay?" I said. Yugi nodded then squeezed my hand then went home. I gave out a happy sigh then I let myself into the house, called hi to my folks; went upstairs changed into pj's and slept peacefully. I was really lucky to have met a guy like Yugi, I've had a crush on him on him for a while.
