Judging was a very long and difficult process.
I read several entries multiple times. I was looking for adjectives that would
help me visualize what was going on, continuity with names, originality with the
ending, etc. I saw a lot of effort and dedication put into the submitted fan
fictions, which made it very hard to choose a winner. If you submitted an entry
in this contest and would like it shown here, please send me an email and I'll
post your entry for all to read. Winners are:

Make sure the subject line is "Fan Fiction Completion".
You can enter only once. Please include your shipping address along
with your entry so I'll know where to send the prizes. No P.O. Box Addresses will be accepted. If you uncomfortable giving out your
shipping address, use a neighbor or another relative's address instead, just as long as you can receive the
prizes. For participants outside the US, I have no control over customs charges,
so if you win, please pay them if they are imposed so you can receive your prizes. This goes
for all MCC contests. I want you to receive your prizes.
All entries must be received by Friday 23, 2002 at 11:59 PM.
This means you have the rest of the week to finish the story. There is no limit on length,
but keep it interesting as will be reading all entries. You can type you fan
fiction in an email itself, Microsoft Word document, or a text file (like in
Notepad). Word is
better for me and easily added as an attachment in an email, but its not
required.
Obscene fan fictions will not be permitted.
HELP!! Complete My Fan Fiction!!
"JUMP CARD!" Sakura commanded as she leaped in the air, just missing the darts thrown at her. "Arrow Card, combine your powers with the Shot Card to form the Flaming Arrow!"
Just then a strong beam of light shot across the sky from Sakura's sealing wand, striking the mysterious magician's staff right out of his hand. As he fell to his knees, his dark cloak covered him completely, only revealing the flashing red eyes.
In an angry dark voice, "you will pay for that! Remember, I have stolen your Return Card and taken its power, so I can travel back into the past and prevent you from ever finding the Clow Book!"
"No way!" Kero yelled. "We only have two cards left to go and you're not going to prevent us from capturing them!"
Li looks to his left and sees Sakura holding up the Thunder Card. "Ready Li?"
"Ready Sakura," Li replied.
Kero screaming, "Now, before he re-energizes!"
The cloaked magician stands and throws his cape behind him.
"LIGHTENING!"
"THUNDER!"
Two bolts of light aim directly toward the cloaked figure. His eyes shine bright red. There's a big explosion knocking down trees surrounding where the figure once stood. Even the penguin slide is knocked
over with such force.
"Did we get him?" Kero asked in a dazed state?
Sakura lifts her head off the ground and looks to where Li was standing. "Hey where's Li?" Sakura asked. "Li where are you?
Li!!! Answer me!!!"

So what happened? Was Li merely thrown far into the brush and just didn't hear Sakura?
Where's the magician? Did the magician avoid the blast and take Li as a hostage?
Was he destroyed? What if the magician did return to the past and got rid of Li? Then what would happen to Sakura? Can she return to the past without the power of the Return Card? Can Ms. McKenzie, Li's Mother, Kero, or maybe even Clow Reed himself help at all? What about the magic cherry tree?
Wow this is an interesting challenge. I'm curious to see where the fans take
this story.
Almost a Complete set of Cardcaptor Sakura Comics!
Issues 1-29 except 5, 14, and 18. Not bad huh.
Issue #1 is quite rare and not cheap, so this is a real treat!!!
