All entries must be received by Friday August 23, 2002 at 11:59 PM.
This means you have all week to work on your fan art. Color, background, and scenery are not required. However,
the more work you put into your fan art, the better your chances, so take some time and do the best you can. There are a lot of prizes
given away.
Obscene and Hentai drawings will not be permitted.

as long as Li is featured. REMEMBER: the objective for this contest is to prove
to me you are Li's #1 fan, and show me that in your fan art.
