Here's how I did it:
I took a television image that I captured and resized it to 32 X 32 pixels in
Paint Shop Pro.
You have to choose the ability for the image to be non-proportional.
I copied the image.
Then I opened Microsoft Visual C++.
I chose to create a new icon image (.ico file).
When the screen opened I pasted the image.
Then I saved it, added it to a zip file, and posted it on my web site.
The key is that the image/icon cannot be too busy so it will be recognizable.
