These figures shown below were won on eBay.
According to Trendmasters Customer Service line,
an initial 10,000 were sent to Blockbuster stores, JNL Toys, and MusicLand.
They are listed as a Spring/Summer item and should be available
at the major Retailer Stores (TRU, Target, etc.) in 2 to 6 weeks.
Don't buy them on eBay because they should be found everywhere soon.
