Hello and welcome to my Collingwood page. My name
is Caitlyn and I am fifteen years old, and I have been a dedicated Maggies supporter all
my life. I started this page in July 1999 and slowly it is getting bigger and better. I have
put this page together because I love computers and the Internet, as well as my team,
Collingwood. Check out the new polls on this website, as well as my awards!
On the field, 1999 and 2000 were years
to forget, being bottom of the ladder for only the second time in the Club's history. Even
though this is so, there was many promising young players in Rupert Betheras, Chris
Tarrant, Nick Davis, Paul Licuria, James Wasley, and our new players, Josh Fraser, Leon Davis, Rhyce Shaw and Shane O'Bree have had good seasons. Skipper Nathan
Buckley was outstanding, as usual, and came equal third in the Brownlow Medal, despite missing five
games. Vetran Gavin Brown has been in good form, and past Western Bulldogs player Tyson
Lane has played well. Hopefully next year our coach, Michael Malthouse, can put us
back on top!
