She later resolved this and found her true love was Leo. They recently married, with Grams serving as high priestess. She is the proud owner of the club P3. |

Phoebe Halliwell (Alyssa Milano) Phoebe (Alyssa Milano), the youngest sister, has the powers of pschometrey, precognition, and levitaion, or the powers to see the past, future, and hover in the air. The power of levitation is a more active power which is better in a crisis then her power of premonitions. She was the one who discover their powers, and is most eager to cast-and write-spells. She was said to have a closed heart by Cupid himself. |
