Answering the Climate Change Sceptics
EDS and WWF have commissioned independent Climate Change expert, Murray Ward to author this briefing paper which answers the questions raised by those still sceptical about climate change science. The paper was printed with support from Meridian Energy and can be downloaded below as a PDF..
As Mr Ward points out in his opening comments, 'New Zealanders are generally not as well informed by our media on climate change science issues as the public in other countries. This provides an opportunity for New Zealand's small cadre of climate change science sceptics to exploit an opening that increasingly no longer exists in other countries'."

Australian voters want Kyoto signed
ONLY 7 per cent of voters think the Howard Government is doing enough to address climate change and a significant majority think Australia should ratify the Kyoto protocol.
A nationwide poll of 1500 voters commissioned by the wind industry has found that despite a government push to establish nuclear energy, only 13per cent thought it was a clean energy source. "
