- Description: A being of pure psychic energy, manifesting herself in the material realm has made it seem as if her power was comparable to only a standard level psychic. But Luna's indomitable will, coupled with her intimate knowledge on the capabilities of this power makes her more than a match for even the highest forms of psychic entities. Rather than use pure force, Luna would much prefer finesse. Cutting off the flow of oxygen to the brain by pinching shut a blood vessel. Or causing a minor but fatal short circuit in a machine with a precise and critically timed burst of mental energy on the circuitry. Even putting her telekinesis behind an object such as a pebble and shooting it at a victim like a bullet. These methods let her use her power efficiently. That's not to say she wouldn't use a more direct approach and simply blast her opponent with a bolt of mental energy, but it IS less messy.

- Description: Luna is old. Although she has only recently gained sentience a few thousand years ago, it was her psychic energy that fed the races of the cosmos and allowed them to rise from simple animals to form vast and complex civilizations. As such, she works on a much higher level than many can begin to fathom. Although the speed of her mental processes has been substantially reduced due to her taking a physical form, she is still able to think at near the speed of light. And as a being whose actions and reactions are in direct relation to her speed of thought, she is able to function at an incredible speeds.

- Description: Her physical body is merely condensed psychic energy. Because she is the originator of psychic energy, she has absolute control over it in all its forms. Thus, she can manipulate her body to move with such grace and form that she is nearly impossible to even touch if she does not wish to be. She is a being of thought, and her movements match the fluidity in which she thinks. However, in order for her to move her physical body with such grace, she requires an anchor. For this purpose, Luna has created thousands of concentrated threads of psychic energy that she lines in her hair. It is these strands that give her hair its eerie purplish glow. Somehow cut off her access to them, and you also cut of this ability. Also, due to the constraints of a physical environment, her ability to move with such fluidity is hindered in enviroments such as a steel cage.
