Background:
The Evil Malpractice Hologram came to be when a snotty little trekkie was watching Voyager's '99 season finale for the Bazillionth time. The obsessed trekkie had just glazed over the part where the two Holodoc's meet and the evil one steals the good one's remote holothingie and was FFing through the comerials. The VCR couldn't take it anymore and with a shower of sparks and plastic it exploded, out flew the tape... and the Evil Holodoc! The Antiethical Starfleet Emergancy Medical Hologram was FREE! The trekkie just sat there and stared up at the Holodoc in awe... and the Holodoc glared down at the trekkie in disgust. The EMH took aim and blew the geeky child into oblivion. It soon realized that if there was one then there must be others, pehaps millions of worshiping, pittiful, geeky, obsessive trekkie children like this one and that he had to destroy them all!. The Holodoc changed it's given name to Evil Malpractice Hologram and vowed to rid the world of the scum of trekkie nerddom. Now the EMH has found itself at Kazhan in hopes to find someone else who is willing and evil enough to help him. Perhaps the one who calls himself "Star Wars Junkie?"

- Description: The Doc is, of course, a Hologram and is thus not hindered by the physical. He can shift in and out of tangibility at will, making it hard for anyone to get a hit in edgwise. He uses it this way extreemly well with his Internal Tricorder to avoid pot-shots from behind. He can also use it offensivly to get to places where his opponent can't get to him and then uses his Phaser to blow them away...

- Description: The Doc has concocted a nasty little Viral Agent that will eat almost anything, including most any armor that the oponent may be wearing! After it gets through the armor it will begin to eat the flesh, but if they happened to have had relitivly strong armor it will have been weakened and won't get much farther. But when it is applyed directly to the flesh it will do some terrible damage, all of which will become infected. The only drawbacks to this are that he is limited to ten sprays because he has contained in a hyposprayer and that the hyposprayer is easily knocked away from him.

- Description: The Doc comes fully equiped with a nastily enhanced and modifyed Phaser Rifle. This bugger can toast almost anything and everything that isn't nailed down, and even then nails don't usaly help. This is The doc's Fave weapon so don't get him ticked by trying to take it, it ain't happenin.
