Background: Much could be said about Alexander. Much of it is not worth mentioning, much of it is unmentionable. So where to begin?well lets see. Once a murderer, often a thief, forever a gambler. So now we should talk about his history, ney? Okay then. Well he was born on earth, and at the age of 12 he discovered he had good luck?.let?s rephrase that, he had extremely good luck. Seems whatever he bet on always seemed to win. Then he learned how to play cards, sorry more rephrasing, he really learned how to play cards. By the age of 15 he was unbeaten in his home town?.which he never gives the name of, seems there may be quite a few people from his home town who would?.like to have a little ?chat? with him. What is known is that at the age of 19 he left to tour the world. He funded this little trip around the world with his gambling and soon enough gambling was not just a means to an end but a way of life. At the age of 23 he came to meet what would later be his partner and best friend. Seems while in Japan Alexander developed a taste for sake (which was probably the only alcoholic beverage he hadn?t developed a taste for yet) which led him to spend much of his time lounging in bars, drinking sake and playing cards. This is where he met this said partner of the future, a man who?s name was Aleister Michaels. So did you ever read the pulp fiction stories by Aleister? Remember that guy called ?Allan Old? who used to gamble a lot? Ya, guess who that was. Just on a side note, Alexander has yet to receive any royalties. But back to our subject at hand. So any of you partially intelligent readers are now wondering, how did Alexander end up in Khazan? Well he wasn?t the only one there when Aleister jumped through that portal?although not that he remembers much of it *whispered* it?s rumored Alexander was going to start attending AA meetings. Alexander remembers the following; going to a bar, hearing some chanting, being signed up as part of the SLJ. Definitely not your atypical hero?.

Gambling God

Alexander must be married to Lady Luck, because this man never loses a gamble. Good luck seems to follow him where ever he goes and with whatever he does. Wether its drawing a 2 card when he has 19 while playing blackjack or bending down to pick up a coin and having a clip of bullets fly over his head this man is L-U-C-K-Y. I guess it's really unexplainable why, he's just one of those lucky guys....those guys who have it all.....I wish I was lucky....*cough*

Ace Up His Sleave

Being a gambler is not always a nice business (especially when you hang around a guy like Aleister) so Alexander has had to take certain...precautions. Hidden within the sleave of his jackets he keeps a gun on a spring device ready to pop out at the flick of his wrist. Marksmanship is probably one of the only skills besides card playing that Alexander has aquired. He is a near perfect shot and coupled with his astounding luck he tends to shoot a bullet out of the air, have both of them ricochet off eachother, bounce of the wall and land inside either side of an opponents head.

The said gun or "Ace Up His Sleave" is a fairly small but deadly gun. It is made out of silver and etched along the side of the rectangular barrel is the word "Ace". A quite expensive piece of equipment it is, Alexander bought it with, what else but, his gambling money (that is what was left after buying sake...).

Fast Shuffle, Quick Draw.

Alexander has amazing reflexes for someone who seems like a bumbling drunk alot of the time. Although he has all around quick movement his hands are really the focal point of all of it. From many years of playing cards his hands have become like a blur when doing anything, such as shuffling a deck or whipping out a gun and sticking it to a guys forehead. It has also been very useful for....."sleigh of hand" tricks if you know what I mean....

One Step Ahead

Alexander always seems to be able to stay one step ahead of his foes, always reading what they are going to do before they do it. On Earth this was always more of just an instinct but now that he has come to Khazan he has started to become more aware of this as an actual power. If he would take the time to hone this skill instead of drinking sake and playing cards he might actually be a powerful mentalist...
