Hi, My name is Phil and I reside in Southern Ontario Canada. I have been interested in Trikes for over 35 years. Since having a hip replacement in 1994 and not being able to balance quite as well on two wheels as I would like, I decided to build a trike. My first project was a 1600cc DP powered VW trike which I truly enjoyed (especially reverse) but I sold that trike in the spring of 2000 due to the exhorbitant insurance rates in the Province of Ontario, Canada. After investigating with insurance companies here in Ontario I learned that if the trike was powered by a m/c motor you would pay the normal m/c rates depending on year. After selling my VW Trike I started my next project. This trike will be powered by a Honda SOHC CB750. On following pages you will see my humble first trike and my current project - my custom built CB750 trike.
