Hello, dear visitors.  It has been very long time since I have done any changes to this website.  Though, I have nothing but the good news.  The material will soon be moved to another server, where there will be no pop-ups, well, only the ones I need to run this website.  Also, you will find all of the new wallpapers in 1024x768 pixel format, and I will try to do a good job of keeping this website running in good condition. Long time, no hear.  As I have warned before, time is not something I do not have much of now.  Though I do have a little, so that's why here is another update.  This update include new BMW, Lotus, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen.  There are about three new dozen of wallpapers, so enjoy. Big update, VERY big update!  There is a new page layout that does not require you to view three thousand web pages.  New desktop wallpapers - everywhere!  There are hundreds more desktop wallpapers, more than eleven hundred, to be more precise.  Car Stats is now a part of  Free Car Wallpapers, and it is my next project.  Very soon, Car Stats will look like Free Car Wallpapers, and will look clean and easy.  I hope you all enjoy this!  (Mar. 25th, 2002)

P.S.  If you do not like pop-ups, which I despise with passion.  There is a software called PopUp Killer.  It is free and you can get it at www.download.com   You can modify, add, and delete pop-ups.  I highly recommend it!
Hello, all.  This is a very special week for Free Car Wallpapers.  This time a year ago Free Car Wallpapers first appeared on the web.  Since we have had more than eighty thousand people.  This has been a great year, and I am looking for another one, just a s good.  For those of you who thought that Free Car Wallpapers is dead, you are wrong.  I simply had no time time to work on the site.  Though, I did, a little by little.  Therefore, there are hundreds of wallpapers added, almost everywhere.  It would take me a while to describe all the ones that I have added.  Also, I have decided to integrate Car Stats into Free Car Wallpapers, and there is a new layout of the site.  Nothing big, though it will save you time browsing.  Stay tune, more things to come! Well, it has been a while.  The time is really scarce for me now, thus the uploads will be not as often.  This is update includes the desktop wallpapers of the Ford GT40 Concept.  There are more then two dozen wallpapers, enjoy!  Also, Car Stats will get a fresher look in near future. Great news!  This have been in working for a really long time, and it seemed as though it was never going to be done.  Though, it is done, and it is great to announce that Car Stats is up and running.  You can find out how fast can a Formula-1 accelerate 0-60 mph.  You can also find out more information about Daytona 24 Rolex winning Corvette C5-R, or other race cars, such as Riley&Scott MkIII, Mercedes--Benz CLK GTR, Callaway Corvette GT2, or Porsche 911 GT1.  Though, if you are not interested in race cars, we have got it all.  From BMWs, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, and other finest automobiles. Greetings.  As promised, I have added about 50 more desktop wallpapers.  They consist of small and big additions.  For example, there is a brand new page of wallpapers of Ford Focus, Renault Clio V6, and Volvo.  Other small additions include Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Nissan, and Volkswagen.  Also, Mazda wallpapers will be added.  Enjoy. Hello, all.  I am very excited over my forth make-over since Free Car Wallpapers began last year.  I hope this could be the style at least for a year or so.  Changing everything does take a lot of time and energy, though I am glad this is up and running.  This style will allow faster and easier addition of more desktop wallpapers.

 

Currently, there are close to a thousand desktop wallpapers, and plenty more are on the way.  There will be a link to Volvo wallpapers soon.  Also, there will be additions of Ford Focus WRC, RS, and Cosworth.  Plus, there will be more wallpapers of Lotus Esprit added soon. (Dec. 05, 2001)
